Mojo Monday 205- Happy Birthday

From the Mojo Monday Sketch this week I decided to create a birthday card for a friend. This is my interpretation of this week's sketch. I am so pleased I actually finished it in time for posting.

Materials : Close to My Heart Unless Stated Otherwise
Paper: Silhouette Pattern paper (retired), Bamboo, White Daisy, Black Cardstock.
Inks: Black and Bamboo
Stamp Set: C1416 Little Princess
Embellishments: Licorice opaques, Just Blooms Flutter Shapes, Clear Button, Bamboo Waxy Flax, White grosgrain ribbon, Black pattern Ribbon, Bazzill Basic ribbon - White Dashed. Pearl Paint.
Punches: CTMH scallop punch, Martha Stewart Border and Butterfly Punches
Techniques: Use distressing tool to sponge pearl paint on black cardstock - dry well before punching out butterfly border. Drag black ink direct to paper to highlight butterfly shapes.
