My Originals Card Kit Sweet Surprises - Changing it Up

The class for this card kit is on March 19th and 20th.

Here is the kit

Here is what you find in the kit.
Fill these cards with treats for a sweet surprise!
10 – 5¾" × 5¼" Tri-Fold Kraft Card Bases
10 – Kraft Envelope Boxes
10 – Clear Adhesive-Backed Treat Cups
10 – Dimensional Elements Sentiments
1 – 12" x 12" Printed Dimensional Elements Sheet
2 – 12" x 12" Printed Adhesive Sheets
2 yds. – ½" White Daisy Grosgrain Ribbon
Featured Colors: Smoothie, Sunset, Lagoon, Pear, Sweet Leaf, Creme Brulee, Colonial White

Start with the basic bits and pieces. Kraft cards are a trend right now and you can make them as directed. There are many other ways to add your own creative touch to these cards to suit your purpose. Here are a few I created this weekend - all materials Close to My Heart.

1.Use the stamp of the month for March - Potential and stamp with White Daisy pigment ink to create a background on the Kraft paper.

2.Add cardstock(Pear) to the top flap and Easter confetti to the treat cup instead of candy.

3.Use images and words from any of your stamp sets to background stamp the front of the card.

4.Cover the front flap and front cover with paper from your scrap box. Replace the ribbon with some coordinating ribbon to match your card instead of using the white grosgrain provided.

A few hints
Shop at the bulk counter. It enables you to buy a few of some different kinds of candies to suit the colour of your design without having large bags of leftovers.
